Step 1: Get Your Physical SIM First, you’ll need a Switch Mobile physical SIM card. You can get one by:
- Ordering it from Switch Mobile
- Requesting one from customer support
Think of it like grabbing a fresh acorn shell for your service to nest in.
Step 2: Contact Switch Mobile Next, reach out to the Switch Mobile support team and ask them to move your line from eSIM to a physical SIM.
- They’ll ask for the ICCID number from the new SIM card (the long number printed on it).
- Once they have it, they’ll transfer your number and service to the new SIM.
Step 3: Insert the Physical SIM After Switch Mobile completes the switch:
- Turn off your phone
- Use a SIM eject tool (or trusty paperclip)
- Open the SIM tray
- Place the Switch Mobile SIM inside
