Visual Voicemail lets you see your messages in a list, play them in any order, and save or delete them easily — no more hunting through voicemail mazes!
For iPhone
- Open the Phone app and tap Voicemail.
- If prompted, set up a voicemail password.
- Tap Done and follow the on-screen instructions to record your greeting.
- Your voicemails will now appear visually — you can play, delete, or save messages directly.
Tip: Make sure mobile data is on, as Visual Voicemail relies on data to display your messages.
For Android (Steps may vary slightly by device brand)
- Open the Phone app and tap the Voicemail icon or dial *86.
- Follow the prompts to set up your voicemail password.
- Record your personal greeting.
- Open the voicemail inbox in your Phone app to view, play, or manage messages visually.
